One of the most controversial subjects among academics, theologians and historians is the fate of Jesus (as), son of Mary. There are varying interpretations of exactly what happened to Jesus (as) after the crucifixion.
Through his book ‘Jesus in India’, Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as), the Promised Messiah and Imam Mahdi followed a biblical narrative to illustrate how God planned to save Jesus (as) from an ignoble death on the cross and through the use of historical documents, he was able to discover a probable route that Jesus (as) may have taken. The Promised Messiah (as) narrates how Jesus (as) travelled across many lands in search of the lost tribes of Israel after the crucifixion.
Come and visit the Jesus in India exhibition to experience the journey of Jesus (as) from the time he prophesied the sign of Jonah (as) to his eventual burial in Kashmir.

THE EXHIBITION
This exhibit has only touched lightly on the main argument of the book, Jesus in India is an English translation of Masih Hindustan Mein, an Urdu treatise written by the Holy Founder of the Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam, Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as), which was completed 1899 partly serialised in The Review of Religions in 1902-1903. It was published as a standalone book shortly after the Promised Messiah’s (as) death in 1908. The first complete English translation was published in 1944.
For those interested in exploring the arguments more in depth, Jesus in India provides detailed evidence that:
Jesus (as) started his journey from Jerusalem and passed through Nasibus and Iran, reaching Afghanistan. Therein, Jesus (as) met the Jews who had settled there after their escape from the bonds of Nebuchadnezzar. From Afghanistan, Jesus (as) went to Kashmir where some Israelite tribes had also settled. He made Kashmir his home where he died and is buried in Srinagar, Kashmir. The book is available at https://www.alislam.org |
